THOMAS JOSEPH MORAN (TJM) FAMILY FOUNDATION

The Thomas Joseph Moran (TJM) Family Foundation was founded by Thomas Joseph "T.J." Moran and is currently led by his children and grandchildren, who are responsible for continuing his spirit of giving.  The foundation remains sensitive to the various causes T.J. championed during his life, and seeks new opportunities to address needs in his hometown, Baton Rouge, LA, and beyond.

The TJM Family Foundation provides several grants each year to 501(c)(3) organizations within the foundation's stated areas of interest, below. The foundation will consider grant applications from emerging and established non-profit organizations that are able to demonstrate their community impact, their capacity with viable operating plans, and their retention of capable leadership and staff. The foundation selects organizations where they believe the funds will be well managed and well spent by the capable boards and directors. 

By supporting charitable organizations across the country, the TJM foundation hopes to effect positive change in those communities and help organizations “Find a way to make it a little better every day."
